Ordering Information:

Prices listed are non-negotiable.
All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Goods are definitely brand new unless stated otherwise.
Strictly no trading and reservations as items are sold on a first-comment-first-served system (as long as payment is done within the given time frame).

We will send you an invoice with the payment details within 24 hours.
Priority would be given to those who confirm their purchase in their comment.
Clarification of doubts will not be regarded as confirmation, so feel free to clarify any doubts that you may have before confirming your purchase.

Payment Details:
Payment via POSB/DBS ATM transfer or iBanking transfers only.
* Payment by iBanking would be strongly encouraged as it would enable us to check faster
* Payment made by ATM transfer must be accompanied by a clear scanned copy of the receipt (for evidential purpose) or ref no.
We do not accept concealed cash and interbank transfers.
All payments should be made within 24 hours; otherwise the item would be released to the next interested buyer.
Dead buyers will be black listed so please, do inform us should you wish to cancel your order.
Exchanges would only be done for the similar piece on a case per case basis if the item is found to be faulty.

Delivery:
Strictly Normal or Registered mails. NO MEETUPS.
Normal Mail: $1.20-$1.50 (depending on weight of the clothing)
Registered Mail: Additional $2.50 on top of the normal mail
Normal mails will be sent out within 3 working days.
Registered mails will be sent out around once a week at least.

* Fashionabee will not be held responsible should any normal mail get lost during delivery, hence we highly recommend that you opt for registered mail.
